• Your email address and company name — and the company website, if you choose to add it. You type these into the form. Nothing on this page collects them any other way.
• Where you arrived from, if the link you followed carried a src parameter. It tells us which channel worked, and is stored with your request.
• Your IP address, briefly. It is used to limit how many submissions come from one address, and it may appear in short-lived server logs. It is not stored alongside your waitlist record and it is not used to identify or profile you.

We use your details to contact you about Propcore early access, and for nothing else. In the EU and UK the lawful basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in the CCPA and the other US state privacy laws.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no session or local storage. There is no consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to — under the ePrivacy Directive, consent is required for storing or reading information on your device, and this page does neither.

Because we do not track visitors at all, a Do Not Track signal makes no difference to how this page behaves. We honour it by not tracking anyone in the first place.

Fonts are served from this site, not from Google, and so are the illustrative project renders. One thing on this page is still loaded from elsewhere, and your browser reveals its IP address to that host in order to fetch it:

• images.unsplash.com — the stand-in photographs used in the product demonstration.

It is not an analytics or advertising service, and it receives neither your email address nor anything you type. We intend to serve these from this site too, so that no third-party request is made at all.

Your request is stored on our own infrastructure. Our hosting provider and the email provider we use to reply process it on our behalf, under contract, and for no purpose of their own. We do not pass your details to advertisers, data brokers or anyone else.

Until the early-access programme ends, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. There is no other schedule, and a deletion request is honoured whatever the reason.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights explicitly:

• Access — a copy of what we hold about you.
• Rectification — correction of anything wrong.
• Erasure — deletion of your record.
• Restriction and objection — tell us to stop using it.
• Portability — your details in a machine-readable form.
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without giving a reason.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, you have equivalent rights to know, delete and correct under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.

One email to hello@propcore.ai is enough for any of these. We do not require an account or a form.

If we change what this page does — add analytics, start sending a newsletter, introduce cookies — we will update this notice before that change goes live, and we will ask for fresh consent where the law requires it.
