Submitting the form asks us to contact you when early access opens. It is a request, not a purchase, a reservation or a contract. We may contact you, and we may not; there is no queue position and no guarantee of access. Nothing is charged, and no payment details are taken anywhere on this site.

The product walkthrough on the home page is a scripted illustration. It is not a live system, none of its controls are connected to anything, and the projects, units, prices, buyers and documents in it are invented for the demonstration. Any resemblance to a real development or person is unintended.

Features shown are marked either as working today or as planned. Anything marked as planned is a statement of intent, not a promise of a delivery date, and roadmaps change.

Please do not submit anyone else's details, attempt to disrupt or overload the site, or copy its content and design for your own use. The Propcore name, wordmark, text and layout belong to us.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch; the date at the top shows when they last changed. They are governed by the law of Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
